Designed and coordinated the electrical systems for a new 5,000-square-foot credit union facility in Rogue River, OR. The project included a new utility service, security systems, data systems, lighting, and power infrastructure. The design met client standards for operational efficiency and security while ensuring reliable performance.
Role & Responsibilities
🔹 Power & Utility Coordination – Managed a new utility service, including power and communications, by submitting utility service applications and coordinating site visits with utility estimators.
🔹 Security & Access Control – Designed electrical support for security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements.
🔹 IT & Communications – Developed structured cabling and data system layouts to support the facility’s operations and financial services.
🔹 Lighting & Controls – Designed energy-efficient lighting systems with adaptable controls to enhance security and user comfort.
🔹 Construction Documentation – Provided schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction document (CD) sets, along with detailed technical specifications.

🔹 Coordinating with Owner-Selected Vendors – The client required integration with pre-selected security and IT vendors, which introduced additional coordination efforts.
