The project included a new utility service, security systems, data systems, lighting, and power infrastructure. 🔹 Power & Utility Coordination – Managed a new utility service, including power and communications, by submitting utility service applications and coordinating site visits with utility estimators.

IT & Communications – Developed structured cabling and data system layouts to support the facility’s operations and financial services.

Construction Documentation – Provided schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction document (CD) sets, along with detailed technical specifications.
